Role overview

As Recruitment Operations Manager you are responsible for keeping Deputy’s recruitment processes running smoothly. Your top priority is to source and screen talented candidates for our open roles, but this is a wide-ranging role that extends to all aspects of the candidate-side of the business.

This job is a life-changing opportunity for an ambitious person who wants to speedrun their career. You’ll work directly with our two founders (Josh and Philip) and we’ll personally mentor you to become a world-class operator. This job will be intense and you’ll be required to level up fast, but we’ll have “hard fun” along the way :D

What you'll do

• Sourcing candidates through job boards and direct outreach
• Conduct interviews and manage the interview process
• Prepare employment offers and contracts.
• Market candidates to clients by creating compelling profiles
• Prepare for client interviews by coaching them
• Help on various operational things incl. payroll and leave management.

It’s important to emphasize that we want to continually improve how we do things. You’ll be optimizing these processes, researching and testing new job boards and generally making things better every day.

Compensation and Benefits

• PHP 85,000/m paid bi-weekly in USD or PHP.
• We’ll increase your salary to PHP 100,000 - 120,000/m depending on performance after 6 months.
• 15 days paid vacation
• 12 paid Philippines public holidays

What is needed to succeed in this position

• Excellent English, both spoken and written
• 2-6 years work experience
• You aspire to be a world-class operator and have the drive and grit to get there
• You’ve got a high bias to action and can crank out a large amount of great work
• You’re relentlessly resourceful and find ways to achieve things against all odds
• You learn very fast
